JACC: History of Pioneonia is an independent risk factor for young women’s coronary atherosclerosis

In the past few decades, mortality related to coronary artery disease (CAD) has declined. However, this gratifying trend has not been observed in young women. In fact, it is reported that the incidence of acute coronary syndrome of young women under the age of 55 does not increase, especially women with a history of signs of eclampath.

This study aims to clarify the prevalence of coronary atherosclerosis with a history of aura globe, and compares it with women of ordinary people.

Women who are 40-55 years old have a history of signs of eclampath, and at the same time, 1: 1 match is incorporated into ordinary people. The incidence of coronary atherosclerosis in the two groups of women

A total of 1,417 women were incorporated, with an average of 47 years, of which 708 had a history of premature eclampies and 709 from ordinary people. Women with a history of signs of eclampies are more likely to have hypertension (20.1% vs 22.8%, P <0.001), blood lipid abnormalities (47.7% vs 41.7%, P = 0.023), diabetes (3.4% vs 1.1, P = 0.004) And high body weight index (27.3 ± 5.7 vs 25.0 ± 4.2kg/m2, P <0.001).

All the subjects performed a heart computer fault scan. According to age, blood lipidth, diabetes, weight index, and menopause correction, the probability of any coronary atherosclerosis in the history of signs of eclampathing is significantly higher than that of the control group (27.4% vs 20.0%, P = 0.001; the advantage ratio; the advantage ratio; [OR] 1.41, P = 0.012).

In summary, compared with women women, young women who have had a history of aura eclaose in the past have a higher probability of coronary atherosclerosis.
