Clinical studies have shown that diet supplements can regulate skin function and improve skin health and beauty. Collagen and peptides are natural ingredients for food supplements and nutritional cosmetics, which are said to provide benefits for skin health and beauty. In this case, a study of Molecules uses skin imaging technology to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the oral supplements of water -resolving fish cartilage in improving the age of skin and aging.
A total of 46 healthy women aged 46 to 59 were randomly divided into G1-placebo and G2-oral hydrochties. Using high -resolution imaging, ultrasonic and reflection co -focusing microscopic image analysis, the skin wrinkles, leather echo and thickness of the nose and lip region of the opposite side within 90 days before and after treatment were measured.
The results showed that after 90 days of hydrolyzed fish and cartilage treatment, the subject’s forehead, nasal lip, and cypherical area was significantly reduced, and the echo of the dermis increased, indicating that the thickness of the dermis increased. In addition, the reflection co -focusing microscope (RCM) image analysis shows that after the use of hydrolyzed fish and cartilage treatment, the collagen form is improved and the elasticity is reduced. The analysis of the combination of high -resolution analysis and scoring methods shows that the supplement to hydrolysis fish cartilage can also effectively reduce skin pores.
In summary, the results of this study show that after supplementing the water bone, the skin density of the skin has been improved due to the increase in the echo of the dermis. RCM images show that hydrolyzed fish cartilage supplements improve the shape and structural characteristics of the dermis layer by improving the form of collagen. In clinical assessment, the subjects also felt the reduction of wrinkles and the improvement of skin texture, as well as the improvement of moisturizing effects and skin firming and appearance. In short, orally replenishing water -replenishing fish and cartilage with lower doses (500 mg per day) have important clinical benefits to the skin.
