1. Carbonated drink

Most carbonated beverages have high phosphate content, while the human body’s calcium phosphorus level has a great impact on bones. Drinking carbonated drinks can easily lead to excessive intake of phosphate, decreased calcium absorption, and gradually change the structure of the bone, which eventually causes the loss of bone mass and increases the risk of osteoporosis.

2, wine

Alcohol is a carcinogen and harm to the body. Alcohol (ethanol) is a kind of gonad toxin. Excessive intake can cause decreased adrenal function, reduce the secretion of sex hormones, cause bone production reduction, and increase bone loss.

At the same time, alcohol is more damaged to the liver. Drinking alcohol often can damage liver cells, reduce the synthesis of vitamin D3, and affect the normal absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus.

3. High -salt food

The sodium ions of the human body are mainly discharged through urine. If you eat too salty, the excessive sodium ions will increase, and the calcium ions that are lost will increase, and the risk of osteoporosis will increase. It is recommended that each person’s daily salt amount is controlled within 6G to avoid high -salt diets.

Fourth, do 3 things well, bones are stronger

The Guide to Patients with Orthopedics pointed out that if you want to keep bone health, you can start from multiple aspects of life and do 3 things well.

1. Balanced diet

Balanced diet, reasonable supplementation of nutrients such as calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, vitamin D, protein, etc., lean meat, fish, vegetables, and fruits are appropriately intake to keep the taste light as much as possible to avoid taking too much salt.

2. Do 3 more sports

“British Sports Medical Magazine” recommends that patients with osteoporosis should do 3 more sports to promote bone strength:

· Anti -resistance and impact movement, such as jogging, raising dumbbells, jumping, etc.;

· Movement to improve strength and balance, such as Tai Chi, dance, yoga;
